Methodology
This report synthesises insights from confidential roundtables and one to one interviews with 36 senior technology leaders across Australia and New Zealand. Participants include CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, chief architects, heads of architecture, and senior leaders accountable for delivery, risk, and outcomes.
Conversations were held under the Chatham House Rule: you may use what is learned, but not identify who said it, or where they work. Quotes are therefore anonymised by role and sector. The intent is peer learning, not a statistical study.
