OUR WORK

We developed a group-wide infrastructure strategy to underpin growth and support ACE's strategic development programs. This included a high-level statement of goals and approach for transforming infrastructure to meet their business needs over the planning cycle.

THE OUTCOME

We achieved consensus among all regional CIOs for the way forward by helping to build a common vision and approach for the development of infrastructure services for the global organisation. This enabled the global IT community to better understand how to leverage each other and find alignment and synergies across the group.

WHAT THIS MEANT FOR ACE

By achieving consensus for a global technology strategy ACE are now able to derive the benefits of thinking globally and implementing locally. This means the global organisation will operate more efficiently and the local organisations remain flexible enough to customise their approach to the specific needs of their local markets.
